AI-Powered Recruitment Platform for Hospitality Industry (Phase 1 Only) Project Overview We are building a premium, AI-assisted recruitment platform for the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry. This system will help a recruitment firm centralize CVs, intelligently shortlist candidates, and securely share results with client HR teams. This is NOT a public job portal. The platform follows a Talent Pool–first approach with human-in-the-loop AI recommendations. This job is strictly for Phase 1 only. Future phases may be discussed only after successful completion of Phase 1 and are not guaranteed. Phase 1 Objective Eliminate CV clutter and manual shortlisting by: Centralizing candidate profiles Automatically categorizing resumes Using AI to rank candidates against a Job Description Allowing the admin to securely share shortlisted CVs with client HR teams Key Features (Phase 1 Scope) 1. Public Website (Luxury Look & Feel) Premium, minimal design aligned with hospitality industry Informational pages (About, Industry Experience, Talent Network) Candidate submission page No public job listings 2. Candidate Submission Resume upload (PDF/DOC/DOCX) Structured form (name, experience, domain, location, languages, etc.) AI resume parsing Validation between form data and resume Flag & notify candidate if mismatch is detected (do NOT auto-reject) 3. Talent Pool Management Automatic categorization into domain-based folders (Sales, F&B, Chef, GM, etc.) Manual CV upload option for Admin Centralized searchable CV repository 4. Admin Dashboard Admin (Recruitment Firm Owner) can: View CVs by domain folders Open and review individual resumes Create or paste Job Descriptions Generate JD using AI if not provided Trigger AI matching against the talent pool Review AI-ranked Top 10 candidates Approve final shortlist 5. AI JD–CV Matching AI ranks candidates based on: Experience Domain fit Seniority Brand exposure Location Language proficiency AI provides recommendations only Final decisions are always human-approved 6.
