I’m building AgwaCareOS, a cloud-native, multi-tenant operating system that lets home-care agencies run their entire business from one place. At launch the platform needs three consumer-facing products, a robust back-end and an extensible API layer. • Agency Dashboard – must work smoothly on both web and mobile screens so owners and care-coordinators can schedule, invoice, run payroll and drill into analytics anywhere. • Caregiver Mobile App – written in Flutter and optimized for Android and iOS. It has to deliver EVV with reliable GPS and clock-in/out, real-time scheduling with push notifications, and AI-assisted documentation so caregivers finish notes at the bedside. • Family Portal – web based, allowing relatives to view care plans, follow visits live on a map and chat with the caregiver without installing anything. Supporting services include billing & payroll, compliance rules, workforce onboarding, marketplace integrations and a developer-friendly API. Everything must be multi-tenant from day one, with role-based access, HIPAA-grade security and an analytics pipeline for clinical and financial reporting. I’m looking for a full-stack team that can take ownership of architecture, UX/UI, backend (preferably microservices in Node.js or Go), DevOps, automated testing and an incremental rollout plan.
