I’m finalising a residential project and need a seasoned architect or architectural designer to develop fully-detailed drawings and visualisations for both the interior spaces and the exterior facade. The interior scheme is firmly Traditional, so I’m after rich mouldings, classic proportions and thoughtful joinery details that feel timeless yet practical for modern living. Outside, the facade must relate coherently to those interior cues—think balanced symmetry, proportion-driven window placements and refined material transitions. To keep the construction team moving without guesswork, I need a clear set of documents that includes: • Dimensioned plans, elevations and sections with construction notes • Enlarged interior details (millwork, stair profiles, built-ins, ceiling treatments) • Exterior facade details (window/door surrounds, cornices, material call-outs) • A coordinated finish & material schedule • 3D perspectives or renderings that illustrate key areas for client approval I work comfortably with DWG or RVT files; SketchUp models for quick review and high-resolution renders from V-Ray or Lumion are welcome.
