I’m expanding my H0-scale layout and want a faithful digital replica of the SGP/Siemens ÖBB Bmz / Amz passenger coaches. The finished model has to sit perfectly at 1:87, ready for 3D printing and, later, injection-moulded production runs. The focus is on all visible and functional areas: • Exterieur – roof profile, door geometry, window frames, livery recesses • Interieur – seat rows, partitions, luggage racks, toilet modules • Fahrwerk und Räder – bogies, brake rigging, axle boxes, wheel profiles I will supply a full photo set of the real coaches plus a few original works drawings, so you’ll have both visual and dimensional references from day one. Deliverables • Clean, watertight 3D file set (preferred formats: STEP + STL); components logically separated (body shell, bogies, interior, small add-ons) • All critical dimensions matched to the 1:87 drawings (±0.1 mm tolerance) • A short build note explaining print orientation, suggested supports, and assembly order If you’re experienced with rolling-stock modelling and know the quirks of HO printing tolerances, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss the workflow. It is important, that the Model is designed, so it can be used on a model Railway. I will also include photos of Models from Manufacturers such as Roco and ACME. With them you get a Insight what I expect.
