We’re looking for a Webflow expert (designer + developer) to build a modern, fast, and SEO/AEO-optimized website for Elaron — a B2B GTM consulting firm that helps software companies accelerate growth through embedded go-to-market teams. The website must reflect a premium consulting aesthetic, support content-driven inbound marketing, and be future-ready for emerging SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) trends. Core Objectives: Build the full website on Webflow (no templates — custom design preferred). Deliver a clean, modern, consulting-style layout — professional, calm, and credible. Ensure strong SEO + AEO foundation for visibility across search and AI engines. Enable content scalability (case studies, blogs, team profiles, etc.) via Webflow CMS. Set up lead-generation workflows integrated with our CRM and analytics stack. Key Deliverables: Website Design & Development Home, About, Services, Team, Case Studies, Insights/Blog, and Contact pages. Responsive design across all devices. Smooth animations and micro-interactions (tasteful, consulting-grade). CMS Setup CMS collections for: Case Studies Blog/Insights Team Members Easy backend editing for non-technical users. SEO + AEO Optimization Meta titles/descriptions, schema markup (FAQ, Article, Organization, Person). Sitemap, 301 redirects, robots.txt, canonical tags. Fast loading speed and clean semantic structure. Lead Generation & Integrations Contact + inquiry forms connected to HubSpot / Pipedrive / CRM (we’ll share details). Calendly integration for discovery calls. Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Hotjar setup for tracking. Basic automation via Zapier/Make (optional). Performance & Hosting Optimize Core Web Vitals (speed, responsiveness, layout stability). Webflow Business Hosting setup. Reference Aesthetic / Style Premium B2B consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey Digital, Slalom, or boutique GTM consultancies). Minimalistic, confident, and modern. Strong typography, whitespace, and clarity over flashy visuals. Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience building for consulting / B2B services brands. Understanding of content-led growth & inbound marketing. Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices
