The design will enhance brand recall, product experience, and overall space utilization. Scope of Work / Deliverables: 1. 2D Floor Plan Design – layout prepared as per site dimensions (25 ft × 35 ft) and design requirements. 2. 3D Interior Renderings – high-quality photorealistic visuals showcasing interiors and brand integration. 3. Front Elevation Render – realistic façade visualization with signage and material finishes. 4. Material & Color Mood Board – palette aligned with EFP’s brand colors. 5. Branding & Signage Design – LED-lit channel letter signage and façade layouts. Store Design Breakdown: Façade: Square & horizontal elevation (25 ft × 9 ft + 4 ft signage), bright yellow ACP with charcoal grey framing and LED-lit logo. Counter Area: L-shaped counter with backdrop branding and warm LED highlights. Membership Corner: Integrated with counter, bright green highlight section. Display Racks: Modular plywood, laminate, and hardware racks with pull-out and catalogue sections. Hardware Display: Wall-mounted panels for fittings and accessories. Storage Area: Concealed storage behind counters and racks.
