I have two different logo files that I want transformed into clean, ready-to-print keychain models. Both finished keychains should fall within the medium range—around 2–4 inches once printed in PLA. One of the logos can be a standard single-body model; the other needs to be engineered as a two-plate print so I can pause the job, swap filament, and achieve a crisp multi-colour finish without painting. You’ll take the source artwork (vector or high-resolution raster) and: • Re-create each logo as a solid, well-manifold 3D model • Integrate a sturdy key-ring hole that won’t snap after repeated use • For the two-plate version, split the model so colours can be printed separately and then friction-fit or glue together—no alignment issues, no gaps • Verify wall thicknesses and tolerances suitable for PLA on an FDM printer (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height) - Bambu A1 Mini • Supply print-ready STL files plus the editable design file (Fusion 360, Blender, or SolidWorks—your choice) Acceptance criteria – Both STLs open error-free in Bambu Studio – Scale matches the requested 2–4 inch range – Two-plate model slots together flush after a filament colour change or post-print assembly – Key-ring loop withstands a quick finite-element check or a 10 lb pull test simulation Once delivered, I’ll run a test print and sign off. Let me know which software you’ll use and your expected turnaround.
