You will be working directly in Google Sheets, so familiarity with its formulas, filters, data validation and, if you prefer to speed things up, Google Apps Script, will help. Accuracy is more important than speed: quantities, unit costs, tax columns and totals must match the source documents exactly, and any mismatch should be flagged in a comments column before the next business day.
