I need our master Google Sheet to stay current with all product feedback and reviews that arrive each day. The comments come in through three channels—email forms, our online surveys, and notes recorded by the customer-service team—so the solution has to collect from each source, parse the content, and push it into the correct columns in the Sheet on a reliable daily schedule. A Google Apps Script, Zapier/Integromat scenario, or any other light-maintenance workflow is fine as long as it fulfils these acceptance criteria: • Every 24 hours new feedback is appended (no overwriting). • Source, timestamp, customer name or ID, rating (when present), and free-text comment land in the designated columns. • The script handles basic data-cleaning—trimming spaces, encoding emojis properly, and flagging blanks—before insertion. • I receive a concise log via email confirming how many rows were added or, in case of failure, the error details. Once it is running smoothly, please share the code or automation blueprint along with a short read-me so my team can tweak field mappings later on.
