Hello every one .. we need to develop a customer service with bot and live agent both and it will mid huge project some feature we don't need it's most be easy to use for both client and agent admin dashboard that can give a roles for everything also control the system configuration such as SMTP and database info simple theme for the dash and user chat widget can be easily create and upload also there is a template of themes he can use it and it's must customizable mail section : that we can read and reply non answered question announcement board for the agent's also a full user info even the geolocation chatlogs between the user and admin online admin drop down list to see how is online and how is offilne none answered question from our Q&A database the bot will ask him about the issue and confirm his info that you can reach him internal chat between admins Categories for agent's for example Ahmad (Sales) also for the client if he want sales it will appear in the dashboard Mohammad (Sales) so that mean he is looking for sales department agents .. Voice and ring alert if there is new chat want to talk with agent admin can but invisible mode and can be online so all agent can see him and he can look for the chat live without client or agent's knows for agent he can transfer the chat to another agent also he can end the chat also he can block the chat the main dashboard have an admin list and then online list and active chat between client and agent for agent control he can click on Reply later so it will shows a form about his case and after he end and submit it ,, it will appear in Waiting To Reply list (4) .. number 4 mean the none replied questions for admin dashboard must be the alerts in the top with counters number of email or live chat waiting also he can change the theme as he want also there is light/dark mode also the time zone in the header also language Arabic/English Cause its multi language system arabic and english Agent profile on the header and below it auto logout - its mean you can leave it for 1 hrs and the system will logged after 1 hrs and the hrs mange by the admin 1hrs 2hrs 3hrs or you can make it off so the timer is working .. this is for more secure as we are a startup business we will use it for our project ,, also we can provide it as a services for services we will add package and price's and you can renew it be for its end ,, we will remind you before it's end every day on last 3 days system license we can add the package's and how many live agent and the logs to save and time keep ,, and it will be auto generated with small system from our side ,, can we make it open for our projects no need to renew cause it's belong to use we can add a trial account but he can't remove our logo on the chat widget unless he pay .. also these info for the package its can see via admin ,, which plan he is one only he can't do anything about license or these thing just additional information About hosting the system there is many method like cloud host or on any server or in his own server so we will provide for him the code and install instruction .. but it's must easy for him like "darp and drop" lets says if he use PHP and he make a folder or in public folder he will reach install.php and complete the db and SMTP and admin user and password and it's will work and the install.php will remove by his self automated it's nice system for user friendly also agent ,, many features i think it's use less .. we can add AI also but i think it need to grab from user Q&A and also my info about it is zero Skills need : PHP Laravel , Node JS , Python ,, Java Script ,, Next JS Laravel ,, HTML ,, CSS ,, Bootstrap ,, MySql postgresql ,, React ,, React JS ,, Reacte Native ,, Flutter .. a good experience in front end and back end ,, The template is ready but need to customize our concept about the license must be a good idea for encrypted Also if the client need the whole code must be encrypted 100% he can't edit or add or remove from it even if he work on the popular backend's its must be ready Works will be a contract as the project also if he/she good it's will be long term for support update i like a developer he give me suggestions and also be very creative for work it's will be remotely ,, daily reports ,, updates ,, Most important thing is a Quality and Support ,, if his work is good we can move on another projects Respect the time's and meeting if needed as i said we are startup and growing in the field so don't go very high price we will work together and make a good services for other companies or clients
