I’m ready to add an intelligent assistant directly on our website so customers can get answers, recommendations, and routine help without waiting for a live agent. The bot must sit natively on the site (no separate app) and speak to visitors in real time, drawing product, order-status, and inventory data from our existing e-commerce platform. Core objectives • Customer service support – handle FAQs, shipping questions, returns, and hand off complex cases to a human when needed. • Product recommendations – suggest items, compare variants, and upsell by reading live catalogue data. • Task automation – capture user details, create support tickets, update order info, and push everything back to the store back-office automatically.
