I’m building a full–featured virtual-reality expo environment inspired by vfairs.com and dreamcast.co. The cornerstone is a set of fully customisable 3D booths that let each exhibitor brand every surface, upload their own assets, and change layouts on the fly. Core booth functionality must include: • Video displays that stream or loop prerecorded clips • Interactive elements for product exploration or pop-up info panels • Document downloads (PDF, PPT, brochures) Visitors will engage with exhibitors through live chat with representatives, so a real-time messaging layer—ideally WebSocket or WebRTC based—has to be baked into every booth. Beyond the booth floor, the platform should also provide: • A networking lounge where attendees can mingle in avatar form or through text/video chat • Dedicated webinar rooms with screen-sharing and moderated Q&A I’m open to whichever stack gets us there quickly and reliably—Three.js, Babylon.js, Unity WebGL, or an Unreal pixel-streamed approach on the front end, paired with a robust back end (Node.js, Laravel, or similar). Please propose the toolset you’re most efficient with, outline any licensing needs, and describe how you’d handle scalability for thousands of concurrent users. Deliverables will be: 1. A working MVP hosted on a test server 2. Admin dashboard for booth creation, analytics, and user management 3. Source code with documentation and deployment instructions The project wraps once I can launch a live expo, invite exhibitors to customise their booths, and watch attendees network, chat, download material, and join webinars without glitches.
