Tech is flexible—as long as the stack is reliable. Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom React/Next.js + headless CMS are all on the table; recommend what best matches the scope and future scalability. Payment gateways must support major cards and PayPal. Deliver the initial mock-ups within a week, iterate twice on feedback, then move to full build and testing.
