I need a web-based CRM that lets me generate separate login credentials for each call-centre agent. After signing in, the agent must be able to pick a customer service campaign, answer its specific set of questions, and submit the record. Every submission should appear instantly in the main dashboard where I can track and edit the lead. The core workflow is simple yet non-negotiable: • Agents create leads only through their own accounts, never touching the admin panel. • Campaigns are selectable, each with its own dynamic form. • On the admin side I update the lead status through the following fixed stages: calling, vm, rejected, signed, sent to client, approved, billable, paid. Apart from those status updates I’m not looking for extra automations right now—clean code, speed, and an intuitive interface matter more. Frameworks or stacks are up to you as long as they run smoothly on a standard LAMP or MERN setup and are easy to maintain.
