I need an Android application that gives my jewellery shop the same day-to-day power Vyapar offers general retailers, but with features crafted for gems, karats and karighars. Retail customer experience comes first. Shoppers should open the app, browse a well-organised catalogue with photos, weights and purity, place an order in a few taps, then track its progress until pickup or delivery. Digital invoices, order history and basic account details must sit under one clean, uncluttered tab. Behind the scenes I want a solid workflow for my artisans. Whenever gold is issued for a piece, the app must create a job card, log “issued” weight, allow live status updates (e.g. casting, setting, polishing) and close the card once I receive the finished item back in store. That data must feed straight into inventory so stock, wastage and labour time stay accurate without double entry. Girvi (pawn) management is another pillar. Every pledged item needs its own record with purity, weight, photos and customer ID. The system should automatically calculate daily interest, add it to the outstanding balance and trigger payment reminders before due dates. A simple dashboard that shows total active girvi value, overdue accounts and redeemed items will keep us compliant. Standard retail operations still apply: barcode or QR-based stock in/out, GST-ready billing, discount handling, cash and UPI receipts, plus searchable customer records. All of it should be driven by a role-based admin panel where I can add users, edit catalogues, set gold rates and export data.
