I am building a single, global mobile application that will run natively on both iOS and Android. The concept blends core social-media functions with seamless, multi-rail payments—think of a lightweight “mini-WeChat” tailored for an international audience. Social side • Users must be able to register and build rich profiles (avatar, bio, contact info). • A scrolling news feed will surface posts from connections in real time. • One-to-one and group messaging, complete with push notifications, is essential. • I would also like a “mini-app” framework so third-party micro-services can live inside the platform later. Payments • Credit / debit card processing for all major networks. • A custom digital wallet so users can hold in-app balances and move funds instantly between each other. Scope of work – Design the full mobile UI/UX in line with current App Store & Google Play guidelines. – Develop the iOS & Android apps in a single codebase (Flutter or React Native preferred, but I’m open). – Build and document secure APIs (JWT, OAuth2) to power social and payment features. – Integrate PCI-compliant payment gateways and pass store review for both platforms. – Hand over all source code, build scripts, and deployment pipelines so I can reproduce a release from scratch. Acceptance criteria 1. Both apps compile and run on the latest iOS and Android versions without errors. 2. Profile, feed, and messaging features function end-to-end through the backend you supply. 3. Test transactions for cards, bank transfer, and wallet complete successfully in sandbox and live modes. 4. App Store Connect and Google Play Console submissions are accepted on first review.
