Secure, seamless payment is essential, so please be comfortable integrating multiple gateways—think major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular wallets—while keeping PCI compliance in mind. To keep operations smooth for both diners and restaurant partners, I also expect a clean admin/back-office interface for menu updates, order status changes, and basic analytics.
