I’m building Glam Guider, a single mobile experience where users can talk beauty, trade tips, and instantly hunt for the right stylist, salon, or product. Community and listings share equal priority, so the architecture needs to let those two pillars feel tightly integrated rather than bolted together. Core experience • Community: user-created profiles, lively discussion forums, one-to-one and group messaging, a scrollable activity feed, real-time push notifications, and an admin-facing moderation panel that lets me flag, edit, or remove content on the fly. • Listings: powerful search and filter logic, rich product or service pages (images, pricing, availability, long-form descriptions), plus a review & rating system that ties back to each user profile. Tech expectations I’m happy with either React Native or Flutter—as long as the codebase is truly cross-platform and compiles cleanly for both iOS and Android. Please wire the app into a scalable backend (Firebase, Supabase or a comparable stack you’re comfortable with) and set up basic analytics and crash reporting so I can track growth from day one. Deliverables 1. Source code for the mobile app, clearly organised and documented. 2. Admin web panel or in-app admin screens with role-based access. 3. Build-ready projects for iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab). 4. A short hand-off guide covering deployment, environment variables, and how to add new moderators, categories, or listings. Acceptance criteria • All listed features work smoothly on current Android & iOS versions. • Push notifications deliver within five seconds in normal network conditions. • No critical or high-priority crashes during a 30-minute exploratory QA session. • Source passes a quick static-analysis lint check with no blockers.
