I need a single code-base mobile app that launches on Android and iOS at the same time. Core to the build are two things: secure user authentication (email, social or phone—whichever path you recommend but must be production-ready) and reliable push notifications that can be triggered both manually from an admin console and automatically from server events. I’m flexible on tech—Flutter, React Native or fully native are all options as long as maintenance and future feature additions remain straightforward. The design will be minimal for this first release; clean screens that prove the login flow and a placeholder home view are enough to demonstrate the push notification flow.
