I wanna build a project in react next.js front end for real estate in one city only rome italy showld be diplayed in italian and backend in lavarel php it will be free for owners to add their properties and simple and the people who wanna buy or rent properties contact owner directly i want a fast site no lag good working smooth for adding imagines no loose quality there will be listings everyday it needs to hangle them good there will be lots of pictures uploadet as i said needs to be displayed in italian and if possible a smooth map integrated for property adding there smoothly if possible i have 7-10 days for this max and there will also be in every listings a report page for those who seem some posting is abusive they can send it as abusive at our email and other filters aswell and me admin or my team be easy ti manage the post from thise who will submit a post or listening into website we will need to confirm for adding it or change modify etc and we need to be able to list ourself properties aswell easly for more details lets talk chat
