Cost-Smart Retail & E-Com Packaging

I’m looking to take a new line of products from concept to shelf- and mailbox-ready with a single, cohesive structural packaging system. The job spans both brick-and-mortar retail units and e-commerce shippers, so every dieline must nest together smoothly while standing up to courier abuse and looking great on a store peg. Core optimisation goals • Reduce material costs • Improve durability • Enhance visual appeal Here’s what I’ll need from you: • Two to three structural concepts for each pack format, refined until we land on the most efficient footprint. • Press-ready dielines in Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent vector format) that printers can drop straight into production. • Photo-realistic 3D renders of the approved concept—hero, lifestyle, and exploded views—suitable for investor decks and online listings. • A short presentation (PDF or PowerPoint) summarising rationale, material specs, and sustainability highlights so I can sell the concept internally. All dimensions, copy, and brand assets will be supplied right after kickoff. Please build your workflow around standard packaging tools such as ArtiosCAD, Esko, SolidWorks or similar, and keep source files neatly organised for hand-off. If you’ve shepherded retail packs through to mass production and know how to balance cost, strength, and shelf impact, I’d love to see a couple of relevant samples and hear how you would approach this project.
