Our corporate website has outgrown its current feature set, and I’m ready to roll out a round of new developments that sharpen our brand presence and better serve visitors. The site already handles the basics, but the next phase requires a more polished, business-class experience. Scope • Purpose: Business/Corporate—every enhancement must align with professional brand standards. • Goal: fresh developments that make the site feel current and conversion-ready. • Documentation: I need a clear BRD that outlines each proposed feature, user flow, and technical spec before any code is written. Core tasks 1. Audit the existing pages and pinpoint upgrade opportunities. 2. Draft the BRD, capturing functional requirements, wireframes (if helpful), and acceptance criteria. 3. Implement the approved features and integrate them seamlessly with the current design and CMS. 4. Test across modern browsers and devices, then migrate to production with zero downtime. Tech environment The site runs on a standard LAMP stack, so PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and responsive CSS skills are essential. Familiarity with modern UI libraries or frameworks is a plus—use whatever makes the build robust, maintainable, and easy to iterate. Deliverables • Complete BRD (PDF or DOCX) • Fully deployed feature set, bug-free and responsive • A concise hand-over guide explaining code structure, any new plugins, and update paths Timeline and collaboration I’d like to move quickly once the BRD is signed off. Clear communication and incremental updates are important—short Loom videos or quick staging links work well for me.
