I have a pixel-perfect image of my website’s home page and I need it translated into clean, responsive CSS (with the minimal HTML you require for context). The job centres on layout changes only: I’m adding brand-new blocks to the main content area and tweaking a couple of existing ones so everything flows naturally on desktop and mobile.
