This project combines two connected tasks—refreshing the street-facing facade of my home and designing the surrounding landscape so both feel like a single, carefully planned statement. Front elevation The architectural style must lean clearly contemporary: clean lines, balanced masses, and subtle detailing that avoids anything overly ornate. A palette of natural hues should dominate (stone, wood, earthy paints), allowing the house to sit comfortably in its environment while still feeling current. Landscape integration The yard should echo the same modern character. Three features are non-negotiable and must be integrated as part of the overall concept: • Outdoor seating area that feels inviting yet streamlined • A water feature that acts as a focal point without overpowering the space • Layered garden beds that soften hard edges and reinforce the natural colour scheme Deliverables 1. Concept mood board showing materials, colours, and lighting ideas 2. Scaled front elevation drawing (PDF + source file such as DWG or SketchUp) 3. Landscape layout plan indicating hardscape, planting zones, and feature placement 4. Two to three high-resolution 3D renders illustrating daytime and dusk views 5. Final material and plant list for easy sourcing 6. Entrace sliding gate design A cohesive narrative between building and landscape is key; each drawing and render should prove that the facade and yard were conceived together, not as separate add-ons.
