I am building a full-featured, PIPEDA/PHIPA-compliant telehealth platform focused on real-time patient consultations. The core functions are already mapped out: secure video calling, automated clinical-note summaries with audit trails, integrated e-prescribing, and role-based dashboards for patients, doctors, and admin/support staff. . Key tech I expect to see (or strong equivalents): React or Vue for the front end, Node.js or Django for the back end, WebRTC for calls, and a FHIR-compatible data layer. CI/CD is already configured in GitHub; you just hook your pipelines into it. On acceptance we will agree on milestone cuts covering: 1) role-based auth and encrypted storage, 2) video consult module, 3) e-script flow, 4) summary audit engine, 5) dashboards and final compliance review. Each milestone is released only after unit and integration tests pass and I can verify against the supplied acceptance criteria. I am ready to start as soon as I find a partner who can demonstrate comparable work and a clear path to compliance.
