I’m designing a new 5,000 sq ft residence and need the whole drawing package produced from scratch. The scope starts with accurate, scaled floor plans for every level of the house and continues through coordinated service drawings for both electrical and plumbing. Once the technical side is locked, I want photorealistic interior and exterior renders that convey a clean, Modern aesthetic. To keep everything clear, here’s what I expect at hand-off: • Architectural floor plans for all floors, delivered in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG/Revit) formats. • Electrical layouts showing lighting, switching, and power points, fully coordinated with the plans. • Plumbing schematics and fixture locations aligned with architectural walls and cabinetry. • High-resolution 3D renders: main living areas, kitchen, master suite, and at least two exterior vantage points that capture materials, landscaping, and lighting. • All native project files so I can make future edits if needed.
