I’m starting a new-build project and need an architect who can take it from idea to fully documented design. The scope covers concept development, the complete set of architectural drawings, plus polished 3D models and photo-realistic renderings so I can visualise the building before we break ground. I’m open to whichever professional toolchain you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max with Corona Render or Lumion/Enscape—all are fine as long as the final files are accurate and easy to hand off to my engineer and contractor. Deliverables I expect • Concept design packages that communicate massing, basic layouts and style direction • Fully dimensioned plans, sections and elevations in both CAD and PDF formats • A coordinated 3D model and a set of high-resolution still renders (interior and exterior) suitable for investor presentations When you apply, please link to past work that demonstrates similar projects; that single step will tell me far more than a long proposal.
