The scope spans interior design, exterior architecture, and full landscape planning, so each space feels unified in look, materials, and function. You’ll translate my ideas into scaled drawings and photorealistic visuals that let me (and my builder) understand exactly how the finished home will look and work. Preferred workflow tools include AutoCAD or Revit for plans, plus SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar for polished 3D renders; if you rely on other platforms, just let me know. Deliverables • Concept mood boards that pin down the overall modern aesthetic • Floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for permitting and construction • 3D exterior and interior renders, daylight and night-time views • Material and fixture schedules with specifications and sourcing notes • Planting layout and hardscape drawings for the garden and outdoor living areas To keep us both on track, please outline your typical design process, software stack, and the file formats you’ll hand over at each stage.
