The portal must support three distinct roles—job seekers, employers, and an admin dashboard—each with the permissions and views they expect. Job seekers should be able to create or upload a résumé, manage multiple versions, and apply to vacancies through an intuitive applicant-tracking process. Employers will post openings, review candidate pipelines, and track applications in real time, while I’ll handle site-wide moderation, analytics, and user management from the admin side.
