Moving from a 675 sq ft apt into a 626 sq ft one–bedroom and need a fresh set of eyes to make sure everything fits—and looks great—before the movers arrive. All furniture is already selected (about twenty pieces in warm wood and white/beige upholstery), and I can send you the furniture description & dimension sheet (attached one is missing a few dimensions), photos, and the current floor-plan image with measurements (see attached, but can get you additional measurements if software can not identify wall size from measurements provided). The space is meant purely for relaxation and leisure, so flow and comfort take priority over formal entertaining or workspace considerations. It is for my 92 year old mom, so must have good flow. Would love to use all or most pieces, but do not want clutter or overcrowded. Here’s what I’m after: three alternative, scaled layout proposals that show where every piece should go, with clear circulation paths and realistic spacing. Hoping to use all furniture, but can identify the pieces that can go if necessary) Because this is a quick pre-move exercise, there’s no need for code checks, permits, inspections or detailed material schedules—just smart, visually appealing arrangements I can hand straight to the movers. Please share samples of past residential furniture-planning work so I can see your style. I’m comfortable with whatever tools you prefer—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or even a well-annotated PDF—as long as the final files are easy for me to read and pass along. Please allow for a few edits or revisions. Measurements and proportions must be accurate so movers can place furniture quickly and without issues.
