I’m planning a new commercial playground and need a talented designer de espaço who can turn a bare area into a vibrant, safe and engaging environment for children. The space sits inside a commercial setting, so the layout must meet both playground safety standards and the aesthetic expectations of a business that welcomes families daily. Your job starts with creative concept development and moves through detailed 2D plans and photorealistic 3D renders that clearly show surfacing, play structures and circulation paths. Because the playground will be installed in a public-facing commercial area, material choices, colour palettes and equipment selections have to balance durability, easy maintenance and visual appeal. I’ll supply site dimensions, photos and usage projections as soon as we begin so you can incorporate them into your design rationale. Deliverables I need from you: • Concept sketch or mood board that sets the tone • Scaled floorplan with equipment placement and safety zones • At least two high-quality 3D visualisations from different angles • Basic material and equipment list with manufacturer references Final files should arrive in editable CAD or SketchUp format along with high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders so my installer can move straight into costing and construction.
