The stack is fixed—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL—so you should be comfortable with LAMP hosting and Git version control. The interface must feel colorful and engaging while remaining intuitive for both staff and members. Core functionality already mapped out includes: • Membership module with CRUD operations and status tracking • Attendance capture and real-time dashboards • Automated billing and payment reminders tied to each member profile • Separate admin and member dashboards with secure, role-based login • Report builder that exports Membership statistics, Revenue reports, and Attendance summaries in PDF/CSV Please make the layout fully responsive, document your code, and provide a short hand-over guide for deployment on a standard cPanel server.
