I already have the full floor-plan set and now need a photorealistic 3D elevation that expresses a classic Colonial look. Picture warm brick paired with stone accents, stately columns framing the entry, and thoughtfully proportioned balconies that feel authentic instead of ornamental. I’ll supply the DWG/PDF drawings as well as a few site photos; your job is to translate them into a fully textured model and a series of high-resolution renders that look ready for a magazine spread. Deliverables I’m counting on: • A clean, well-organized 3D model (native file plus OBJ/FBX export) • 3–5 daylight renders from key street-level and aerial angles • One night render showing exterior lighting • Two quick rounds of tweaks on materials, colors, or camera views AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar is fine, provided the final images arrive in PNG or JPG.
