Core build • Cross-platform delivery for iOS and Android, coded in either Flutter or React Native. • Real-time audio powered by WebRTC or the Agora SDK, backed by Firebase for auth, data storage, and push notifications. Must-have functionality • Email-and-password registration, login, and password reset. • Public, private, and invite-only rooms that anyone can create or join. • Room moderation controls: mute a participant, kick a user, and assign co-moderators on the fly. • A lightweight admin panel so I can review users, rooms, and reports without digging through the database. • Clean, intuitive UI that looks consistent on small and large screens. Deliverables 1. Source code and project files. 2. One test build for each platform (TestFlight / APK). 3.
