A gated community of roughly 2,200 homes needs its own Swiggy-style platform dedicated to local cuisine. The goal is a smooth food-ordering and delivery experience that is accessible only to verified residents. Scope of the build • Resident-only access: sign-up should validate flat number and mobile so outsiders can’t browse or order. • Food ordering & delivery flow: browse neighborhood kitchens, pick dishes, pay in-app, and get live ETA updates from kitchen to doorstep. • Real-time order tracking: map view or status bar that updates automatically as the order moves through “accepted → prepared → out for delivery → delivered.” • Ratings & reviews: once an order is complete, residents can rate both dish and delivery to help neighbors choose. Deliverables 1. Consumer mobile app for Android and iOS (React Native or Flutter are fine—open to your suggestion). 2. Lightweight web or mobile interface for kitchens to receive, accept, and update orders. 3. Admin dashboard to manage users, menus, commissions, and analytics. 4. Secure back-end with REST or GraphQL APIs, push-notification setup, and payment gateway integration (UPI/card). 5. Source code, basic documentation, and deployment help to our cloud account at hand-over. Acceptance The build is considered complete when a resident can download the app, sign in with verified credentials, place an order from a listed kitchen, watch it progress in real time, receive the delivery, and leave a rating—all without glitches on both Android and iOS test devices. Phase-2 ideas such as loyalty points can stay parked for now; solid core functionality is the priority.
