I already have a rough draft of my email signature, but it’s a flattened PNG and none of the links work. What I need instead are five separate, fully-coded HTML signatures—one for each of my work email addresses—optimised for Outlook. Each signature must: • Display our company logo and social-media icons in line with our brand colour palette. • Include a clickable LinkedIn icon that opens our company LinkedIn profile, plus live links for the company website, direct phone number, mobile number and the specific email address tied to that signature. • Render cleanly in Outlook on both desktop and mobile without breaking or defaulting to image-only fallbacks. • Be easy for me to paste into Outlook’s signature editor without additional third-party plugins. Please keep the layout close to my current draft (I’ll supply it once we start) while improving spacing, typography and overall polish. I’d like the final files delivered as: 1. Five HTML files, clearly named. 2. Any supporting assets (SVG/PNG icons, logo) organised in one folder. 3. A quick set of installation instructions or a short screencast showing how to import them into Outlook.
