I’m looking for someone fluent in Autodesk Civil 3D to turn my preliminary land-development model into a fully finished-level surface. The core of the assignment is a detailed grading plan, and all work must be built directly on top of the existing survey, alignment, and utility files I will supply at kick-off. Scope • Import my baseline data set (DWG, XML and survey points) without altering established coordinates. • Generate proposed finished ground surfaces that meet the spot-level targets already marked on the plans. • Tie new grades smoothly into surrounding roads, easements and drainage corridors while respecting minimum cover and slope standards. • Deliver a Civil 3D file with surface, breaklines, boundaries, and labels ready for plotting; a clean PDF exhibit for client review; and an exportable XML for machine control. Acceptance criteria 1. Surface passes Civil 3D “Check for Gaps and Overlaps” with no errors. 2. Maximum slope, ponding, and cut/fill checks align with the tolerances I will provide (±0.05 m on elevations). 3. All objects remain on the layer convention of the template supplied. I have more sites coming up, so a concise, accurate first delivery will likely lead to repeat work.
