I already have my character drawn as a clean 2-D vector and now I need it brought to life in 3-D. The look should stay firmly cartoonish—not hyper-real—so think appealing proportions, bold silhouette and moderate shading that gives form without pushing into photorealism. Here’s what will make the job a success: • Modelling A well-topologised mesh that can hold up in real-time engines. No stray ngons or unnecessary vertices; edge loops should flow cleanly around joints so bending stays smooth. • Texturing Base colour, roughness and, if useful, a subtle normal map. Moderate painted shading is enough—flat colours with gentle gradients and a few highlights to keep the asset light. Please supply layered PSDs alongside flattened PNGs. • Rigging Full body skeleton with clear naming conventions, IK/FK switches where it helps, and intuitive controls for arms, legs and torso. A facial setup that supports talking, lip-sync and a good range of expressions (brow, eyes, jaw, cheeks, mouth corners). Deformations should remain natural through the whole range of motion. • Animation-readiness I’ll be adding walk, breathe, gesture and dialogue cycles right after delivery, so the rig must cooperate out of the box in Blender. Simple controllers, tidy hierarchy and zero scale issues are essential. • Deliverables 1) Clean mesh as GLB 2) Fully rigged Blender file with all constraints and drivers working 3) Texture set (PNG + layered PSD) If you have questions about the 2-D reference or need a test pose, let me know and I’ll send it straight over.
