I need a straightforward mobile app that lets users fire off personal SMS messages to many recipients at once while staying fully compliant with carrier rules. A clean interface should allow people to pick numbers straight from their phone book or type them in manually; either path must feel equally quick and intuitive. Contact management is important to me. Users should be able to import their existing contacts, create new ones on the fly, and edit or delete any entry without leaving the app. When they add a number during a campaign, a single tap should save it back to the device if they choose. For delivery, the app will rely on a secure SMS gateway such as Twilio (or another comparable REST API). Please handle authentication, number-pool rotation, and any relevant opt-out/stop logic so messages remain personal, lawful, and spam-free. Core deliverables • iOS and Android builds (React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform toolkit) • Twilio (or agreed provider) integration with clean, well-documented code • Simple dashboard: message composer, contact selector, send status, history • Local contact database with create / read / update / delete functions that syncs smoothly with the device’s address book • Basic settings screen for API keys and message throttling Acceptance criteria will be a short live demo showing a multi-contact send, contact save/edit flow, and delivery confirmation via Twilio logs.
