I’m in the middle of an active building project and need a freelance 3D designer who can turn the architectural drawings into clear, realistic visuals. The assignment covers both exteriors and interiors, so the full envelope of the structure must read seamlessly from every angle. Here’s the flow of work I have in mind: • Develop accurate 3D models that reflect the latest plans—layouts, elevations, even sections when those help the team visualize tricky areas. • Produce construction-stage visuals and photorealistic renders that we can drop straight into design reviews or client presentations. • Refine the files quickly after each round of feedback so the project schedule never slips. You’re free to choose the software you’re fastest in—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion—so long as the final files are delivered in formats the wider team can open. A solid background in real-estate or construction modeling will make communication smoother because I expect you to read and question the drawings the same way a site engineer would.
