I need this to run seamlessly on web, mobile, and desktop so staff and external auditors can work wherever they are. For insight and accountability, the app must generate real-time dashboards, schedule email alerts when thresholds are breached, and package full audit trails into polished PDF reports ready for the board or regulators. Because the solution will serve hundreds of legal entities, a multi-tenant architecture with role-based access, strong data segregation, and an intuitive admin console is essential.
