The design style must be high-end, modern, clean and luxury-focused, similar in visual quality and brand presence to The Rubinstein Group (TRG), without copying their website. Logo entrance animation similar to TRG on website load. Property gallery layout inspired by JW Residential (large hero image followed by gallery). Team page effect where hovering over one headshot causes the others to blur slightly. Footer layout inspired by Haiven Property, with the inclusion of a “Blog” link under the “More” section. Must be responsive across devices, fast, SEO-ready, and professionally designed. All property information, including images, must import from REX automatically. Team Page Hovering over a team member should slightly blur the remaining headshots.
