I run a cabinet-making business and I’m ready to move our quoting process into Bubble so customers can price jobs on their own while my team stays focused on production. Core workflow • A client lands on the Bubble app, fills out a simple form with contact details, then enters cabinet and countertop dimensions. • The app instantly converts those dimensions into square footage, applies my cost formulas, and generates a line-item price. • A clean project summary page appears, ready to email or download, and all client data syncs straight into my Go High Level account for follow-up automation's. Key features I need built 1. Automated price calculation driven by user-entered dimensions (no preset sizes) includes sales tax and other normal and customary items 2. Client information form tied to the quote. 3. Project summary/quote page that can be saved as PDF or emailed. 4. Real-time cabinet & countertop area calculations inside the same interface pulled from a predefined set of parameters that will be provided for all pricing. We have an excel spreadsheet the gives the basic from but not all the connections to use it fully in excel and thus the reason why we'd like to go with a no-code app first. 5. Native or API connection to my existing Go High Level workspace so new leads and quotes push there immediately. Tech preferences & notes • Platform: Bubble or Glide (Other platforms may be acceptable with explanations please be comfortable with Bubble’s Data and API Connector features). • Any plugins are fine as long as they’re well-maintained. • I’ll supply the pricing formulas and branding assets; you wire up the logic, UI, and Go High Level integration. • The final app must run smoothly on desktop and tablet. Acceptance criteria – Accurate cost output verified against three sample jobs I’ll provide. – All submitted client data visible inside my Go High Level CRM within 60 seconds. – Responsive layout with no overflow issues at 1024 px width. – Clear hand-off: editor access, database schema doc, and short Loom walkthrough. If you’ve built calculators, quote builders, or Bubble-to-CRM integrations before, this should be straightforward. I’m ready to begin as soon as I see a concise plan and timeline.
