Once the site feels solid, I will need ongoing maintenance: security updates, small visual tweaks, product or event uploads, plus general performance checks. Deliverables I would like to see right away - A fully functional, error-free site signed off in staging and then deployed to production - A seamless checkout flow tested end-to-end - Clear documentation of the changes you made and the steps for routine updates - A maintenance plan outlining tasks and frequency The tech stack is standard CMS and e-commerce plugins (details after NDA), so please be comfortable auditing existing code, spotting quick wins and proposing larger improvements where they make sense.
