I run a braai store and I’m ready to move sales online. I need a modern, clean website where customers can browse my menu, place their orders, and—most importantly—where I can track every order from the moment it’s submitted to the moment it leaves the grill. Here’s what I have in mind: • Front-end: a sleek, uncluttered layout that reflects the warmth of a traditional braai while keeping the interface minimal and mobile-friendly. • Ordering flow: customers should be able to build an order quickly, choose pickup or delivery, and receive an automatic confirmation. • Order tracking: I want a dashboard that shows order status in real time, with the ability to update each stage (received, preparing, ready, out for delivery, completed). Customers should also be able to check their own order status through a tracking link or account area. • Admin tools: simple product management (add/edit items, pricing, daily specials), sales reports I can export, and email/SMS notifications when new orders come in. • Integrations: payment gateway of your choice that supports local cards and EFT; if you have experience with PayFast, Yoco, or Stripe that’s a plus. • Flexibility: a shopping cart or customer reviews aren’t essential right now, but please structure the build so they can be switched on later without a full rebuild. I’m open to WordPress (WooCommerce), Shopify, Laravel, or a lightweight headless approach—whichever you feel will keep future updates painless and the site blazing fast. Once delivered, I’d like a quick handover session and basic documentation so I can manage products and track orders on my own.
