Bitrix24 is already running in our organisation, and Odoo drives our inventory and accounting. The goal of this project is to connect the two platforms seamlessly while extending Bitrix24 with the automation and reporting we are missing today. Customisation in Bitrix24 • Build automated workflows that remove manual data entry—e.g. auto-assigning new leads, triggering follow-up tasks when invoices are issued, and updating deal stages in real time. • Design custom analytical reports so management can see performance metrics drawn directly from synced Odoo data alongside CRM activity. Integration scope The connection must keep inventory-related records perfectly aligned. Invoices and Sales Orders created in either system should appear in the other within minutes, including all line items, taxes and status changes. A two-way data sync is essential, and any process that can be reliably automated (such as stock level updates or order fulfilment status) should be handled without human intervention. Technical notes Bitrix24 REST API, Odoo XML-RPC/JSON-RPC and webhooks are all available. Feel free to propose middleware if that shortens development time, but the final setup has to run on our existing cloud instances with minimal additional licensing. Acceptance criteria 1. Invoices and Sales Orders stay bi-directionally in sync after comprehensive testing with at least 50 sample records. 2. All specified workflows trigger reliably and are fully documented in Bitrix24’s visual designer. 3. Custom reports display live data and can be exported to PDF and Excel. 4. A short hand-off session and written guide cover deployment, field mapping and how to extend the workflows in the future. That’s the complete scope—once these points are met, the project is considered done.
