I need a basic but working Drupal-based forum where I can post news bulletins on the home page (only I, as admin, may create them) and readers can comment after passing a CAPTCHA if they choose to stay anonymous. Alongside the news, there should be an open discussion board that also allows anonymous posts protected by the same CAPTCHA. Core requirements I must see in the first functional build: • Chinese as the default language with an English translation layer using Drupal’s built-in translation tools. • Media uploads (images and videos) permitted in news items and discussion threads; follow-up comments remain text-only. • Search with keyword, date-range (e.g., 2025-01-01 to 2025-01-15) and author filters, plus the ability to sort results by date or author. • Automatic capture of a visitor’s mobile phone location information even when the user is not logged in (IP/geo-location or similar). I am looking for a clean, minimal theme, clear navigation, and concise documentation so I can extend the site later. Deliverables are: a working Drupal instance on my server, an admin guide for adding news and moderating discussions, and brief notes on how the location capture is implemented.
