Design can be minimal; I’m focused on functionality and clean, well-commented code I can extend later. If you’ve already worked with React Native, Flutter, or similar toolkits, great—pick the stack you’re fastest with. APP WORK TO create INSPECTION REPORT and extract as pdf format (include report add photo and sign pad ) This is a small engagement meant to validate the concept, but solid work here will turn into more feature work after internal testing.
