I’m ready to roll out a first-version delivery app for my bakery-café on both iOS and Android. The focus is a lean but fully functional build that lets customers browse our daily menu, place an order, pay in-app, and watch their driver’s progress in real time—much like the experience people get with Zomato or Swiggy, but trimmed to the essentials. Core requirements • Cross-platform release (iOS and Android) from a single codebase. • Modern, clean UI that reflects a boutique bakery vibe. • Features in scope: order tracking, secure in-app payments, and a simple ratings-and-reviews flow once delivery is complete. I expect an MVP that includes: 1. Customer app with the flows above. 2. Lightweight admin panel where I can add items, see incoming orders, assign a driver, and mark orders as delivered. 3. Driver view (basic) showing pickup and drop-off details plus status update buttons. 4. Source code, build instructions, and a quick walkthrough so I can run the next set of tests in-house. A reusable tech stack such as Flutter or React Native is welcome, but I’m open to native suggestions if you can keep the scope lean and the hand-off smooth. If you’ve shipped food or courier apps before and can deliver a solid prototype quickly, let’s talk.
