B2B Website Tweaks - Site Speed & Responsive

Customer: AI | Published: 20.11.2025

Our B2B website needs a focused technical tune-up. The goal is to lift performance scores and user experience without disrupting the existing design or lead-generation flow. Speed optimisation comes first: I want noticeably faster load times on both desktop and mobile. That means serving properly compressed, next-gen images, removing or deferring render-blocking JavaScript, and stripping or combining CSS so the critical path is as lean as possible. SEO friendliness is a must, and the code changes should reinforce on-page best practices—clean heading hierarchy, descriptive meta tags, semantic markup, and an updated robots.txt and sitemap where required. I also rely on Google Ads, so any optimisation has to improve (or at least preserve) the current Quality Score. Deliverables • Image set optimised, converted, and lazy-loaded where appropriate • Minified / bundled JavaScript and CSS with unused code removed • Updated HTML structure and metadata to support SEO best practice • Performance report showing before-and-after scores (PageSpeed Insights & GTmetrix) plus notes on Google Ads Quality Score impact All work will be reviewed in a staging environment first and merged only when benchmarks are achieved and the live site remains fully functional.
